You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username) by login on Company servers and Mailchimp servers. If you purchase a product on Company’s website, Company stores your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added during your purchase on our servers. Company does not store your credit card information. Company website administrators can also see your purchase information.

If you have registered on Company’s website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third party Ticksy ticketing system or other ticket tracking system. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket. COMMENTS

When you leave comments on the Company website Company collects the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help wth spam and fraud detection.

CONTACT FORMS

Information submitted through the contact forms on Company’s website is sent to Company’s email and to Mailchimp. Mailchimp adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: MailChimp Privacy Policy

Any customer information stored in Company lists on MailChimp require a double opt-in confirmation by the customer.  If the double opt-in is not completed, the customer information and e-mail address is not stored in our customer lists on Mailchimp and we will never see it.

Advanced Ads

Advanced Ads is used for presenting, handling and tracking clicks to advertising informaton on the site. Advanced Ads doesn’t have access nor can it influence data stored by ad networks like Google AdSense or services like Google Analytics. WordPress Afilliate Manger

7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell Company to remove it. Company uses this data so that Company can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on Company’s website, submit your email address or submit an information request, Company also stores the personal information you provide in your user profile, on Company servers and on Mailchimp servers. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username) in your user profile and on Mailchimp servers. Company website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

Company uses the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts Company user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

GENERAL RIGHTS

If you have a registered account on Company website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.


You can also request that Company erase any of the personal data Company has stored. This does not include any data Company is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes.
