What Level Does Your Problem Exist At?

A “problem” is defined as “a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome; a matter or situation involving doubt, uncertainty, or difficulty.”

No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.

Albert Einstein

There is some debate over what Albert Einstein actually said in this quote which was originally said in German. Some sources include this quote without the words “of consciousness.” However, let us assume that the quote above is correct and it includes the words “of consciousness.”

In general, solving a problem at the same level of consciousness it was created at typically means trying to solve a problem with a “linear solution” approach.  With a linear solution approach, a problem is solved progressing from one stage to another in a single series of sequential steps using previously gained knowledge and expertise.  For example, following steps A to B to C to D etc.

In contrast, problems are also solved with a “thinking outside the box” solution.  This is a solution that is at a different level of consciousness than the problem.  This is a non-linear solution approach in which steps do not clearly and directly follow from one step to another. Thinking outside the box” is also a metaphor that has come to mean to think unconventionally from a new perspective with new, novel or creative thinking.

The linear problem solving approach and the thinking out of the box problem solving approach are typically not that useful for solving any personal problems you may be facing.

“Everything in life is vibration.”

Albert Einstein

Consciousness is an energetic vibration. So how is consciouness defined and how do you operate at a level of consciousness above the level of any problem you are encountering?

Many researchers, including David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., in his book, Power vs. Force, have determined an energetic map of consciousness based on the energetic frequencies of human emotions and includes emotional viewpoints of life.  This map of the levels of human consciousness was created using a scientific human muscle-testing technique on human test subjects called, applied kinesiology (AK).

If you are facing a personal problem, it is typically associated with a negative or lower vibration human emotion such as fear, guilt, shame, anger, grief, etc.

To solve a personal problem, you will need to find a solution that is associated with a positive or higher vibration human emotion such as courage, love, joy, peace, etc.

For example, the human emotion of anger has been measured to have a vibrational frequency of 150 Hertz (i.e., 150 cycles per second) with a life viewpoint of “antagonistic,” while the human emotion of peace has been measured at a vibrational frequency of 600 Hz and a life viewpoint of “perfect.”

So how do you solve problems you encounter in your own life at a different level of consciousness than they were created?

1. Become a neutral observer to evaluate the problem.  Reexamine the thoughts and beliefs that are your current perspective of the problem and change them to that of the perspective of a neutral observer. A neutral observer is someone who is detached both from the problem and the potential solutions. A neutral observer is not supporting or aligned with or any side or party in the problem or any possible solutions to the problem. A neutral observer observes the problem and the potential solutions without any associated negative emotions, judgement or blame assigned to the parties, the problem and the potential solutions.

2. Consider only those solutions that have higher vibrational emotional frequencies.  In another recent study, scientists noted that positive emotions played an important role in the emergence of insight from an “Aha! experience” required to effectively solve difficult problems.  From the neutral observer position consider only those solutions to the problem that start at a higher vibrational frequency human emotion of at least courage (e.g., 200 Hz) or above.  A vibrational frequency of courage includes a life viewpoint of “feasible.”  In contrast, a vibrational frequency of fear (e.g., 100 Hz) has a life viewpoint of “frightening.”  Therefore, you do not want to create a solution to a problem at low vibrational frequency such as fear where the emotional viewpoint of life is frightening.

3. Choose a positive, higher vibrational, collaboration-based solution to the problem. Create a plan of action as a neutral observer that focuses on taking achievable steps towards the end goal of solving the problem with positive steps starting from a higher vibrational emotional frequency staring from a positive emotion as courage or above that also includes collaboration with others.  Collaboration based solutions to problems provide clarity and co-creation and a shift to higher levels of consciousness.  Collaboration allows creative, intuitive based insights from individuals with disparate opinions, disparate areas of expertise and different points of views and different contributions to work together where everyone has a voice, to achieve a positive solution to the problem in shortest amount of time.

4.  Apply your positive, higher vibrational, collaboration-based solution to the problem.  Accept responsibility for creating the solution at a different level of consciousness and apply it to the problem. Set measurements and deadlines for applying your solution so you will know that you are making progress towards solving your problem. Define how will you measure ultimate success to solve your problem. What will your ultimate success look like? With the measurements and deadlines, you will know immediately if you are on track or if you need to make further adjustments.  You can solve any problem by taking action by creating positive, higher vibration, collaboration-based solutions to any problem you encounter at a higher level of consciousness than the problem originally occurred at.

If you solve any problems that come up with a positive, higher vibrational, collaboration-based solution, you operate from a higher level of consciousness and can make a positive impact in your life and in the the life of others.
